Teamwork at Mid-Land Enterprises is not a necessity – it is a choice. Each of our divisions comes to the table with amazing strengths and expertise. We collaborate to bring the best possible solutions to each project. We celebrate each other’s successes while we hold each other accountable for greater and greater excellence. It is our attention to detail and our constant evaluation of our process that makes us a more responsive and always improving company. It is our goal to truly be an asset to each customer.

Kenny Neal
Chief Executive Officer

Kenny holds degrees from Mississippi State University (Finance), the American Institute of Baking (Cereal Chemistry) and a MBA from the University of Minnesota.  Prior to forming Mid-Land Kenny worked in the food industry for over 20 years, he played a vital role in starting 7 food manufacturing facilities across the U.S.  Kenny’s leadership ability and values are the foundation that has built and drives Mid-Land Enterprises.

Dustin Campbell
Chief Financial Officer

After earning degrees from Oklahoma State University in Accounting and Finance Dustin went to work in public accounting in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He shifted focus to the construction industry in 2012 and prides himself on accuracy and dependability.

Patrick Nine
Building Sales Manager

Patrick has earned a great deal of experience over the last 25 years of his career in various positions of management related to purchasing, costing and facilities management. He is humbly knowledgeable in a variety of construction specialties not limited to welding, plumbing, electrical and general construction.

Tim Matthews
Millwright Sales Manager

Tim Matthews has spent his entire career in maintenance for the food industry. He worked his way up to management at General Mills in Joplin, MO during his 23 year tenure. Tim’s passion for the maintenance field has positioned him to lead our millwright division to provide top notch customer service with high quality and efficiency.
